目的分析颅内单发结核瘤的MRI误诊原因,提高诊断。方法分析3例手术确诊结核瘤的MRI表现。结果颅内结核瘤MRI有特征性表现,可作为诊断依据。结论多序列及多位置分析MRI表现,可以提高结核瘤诊断。
Objective To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of MRI in intracranial solitary tuberculoma and to improve the diagnosis. Methods The MRI findings of 3 cases of tuberculomas diagnosed by surgery were analyzed. Results MRI of intracranial tuberculoma has characteristic features that can be used as a basis for diagnosis. Conclusions Multi-sequence and multi-location MRI findings can improve the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
