甜(辣)椒(Capsicum annuum L.)是我国主要蔬菜之一,黄瓜花叶病毒(简称CMV)和烟草花叶病毒(简称TMV)常造成甜(辣)椒的严重危害。经过多年的育种实践,人们已经有了较好的抗TMV育种材料。而对CMV,目前还没有可利用的自然抗源和有效的防治措施。国内外在利用农杆菌(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)进行甜(辣)椒的转化研究已有报道。W.Liu等(1990)获得了抗卡那霉素的芽组织并有GUS基因表达;王玉文等(1991)检测到GUS基因在甜椒子叶上的瞬间表达。本试验试图利用农杆菌导入抗CMV基因(CMV卫星RNA互补DNA),以提高甜(辣)椒的抗CMV能力。
Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) is one of the main vegetables in our country. Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) often cause serious damage to sweet pepper. After years of breeding practice, people already have better anti-TMV breeding materials. As for CMV, there is no available natural source and effective control measures. At home and abroad in the use of Agrobacterium (Agrobacterium tumefaciens) sweet pepper (pepper) transformation has been reported. W. Liu et al. (1990) obtained kanamycin-resistant bud tissue with GUS gene expression; Wang et al. (1991) detected the transient expression of GUS gene on sweet pepper cotyledons. This experiment tried to use Agrobacterium to introduce anti-CMV gene (CMV satellite RNA complementary DNA) to improve the anti-CMV ability of sweet pepper.
