按摩指压麻醉拔牙,是用手指尖在颌面体表一定部位按摩加压,使达到麻醉目的而进行拔牙。我科在针刺麻醉拔牙的基础上,于1972年开始学习了兄弟医院的先进经验,开展了按摩指压麻醉拔牙,取得了一定的效果,现将我院及部分兄弟医院提供的资料,作一介绍。一、临床资料拔牙对象:男、女、老、少均不选择。年令:6—94岁。适应症:同药麻适应症外,还适用于对普鲁卡因过敏者,对针刺历晕针者。拔牙种类:4—5°龋齿,牙周广,牙折,多生齿,阻生齿,滞畄乳牙等。每例次拔牙。多为一个、最多五个。
