妊娠期高血压疾病(Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,HDCP)是妊娠特有的并发症。该病严重威胁母婴健康,与胎儿生长受限的发生率有关,是导致孕产妇和围生儿病率和死亡率的重要关联因素之一。本病多发生于妊娠20周以后,以高血压、蛋白尿为主要特征,可伴全身多器官功能损害或功能衰竭,严重者出现抽搐、昏迷甚至死亡。我国妊娠期高血压疾病的发病率为9.4%~10.4%,国外为7%~12%,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。目前国内外学者
Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) is a pregnancy-specific complication. The serious threat to maternal and child health, which is related to the incidence of fetal growth restriction, is one of the important factors that lead to maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. The disease occurred in 20 weeks after pregnancy, with high blood pressure, proteinuria as the main features may be associated with multiple organ dysfunction or failure, severe cases of convulsions, coma and even death. The incidence of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy in China 9.4% to 10.4%, 7% to 12% abroad, its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. At home and abroad scholars
