放射性核素131I标记的抗人小扁豆凝集素结合型甲胎蛋白异质体单克隆抗体(AFP-R-LCAMcAb),注射入荷瘤裸鼠腹腔后,能选择性地在裸鼠人肝癌模型肿瘤区积聚,其放射性核素浓度是裸鼠肝脏的5.2倍;而131I标记的正常小鼠IgG(mIgG)及游离131I却无瘤区积聚,且在荷瘤裸鼠体内呈均匀分布。131I-AFP-R-LCAMcAb组γ照像均显示出裸鼠人肝癌的阳性定位。结果表明:AFP-R-LCAMcAb对人肝癌细胞有较强的亲和力及特异性,有希望成为肝癌放免显像及治疗的理想载体
Radionuclide 131I-labeled anti-human lentil lectin-binding alpha-fetoprotein heterologous monoclonal antibody (AFP-R-LCAMcAb), injected into the abdominal cavity of nude mice bearing tumors, can selectively tumor in human hepatocellular carcinoma in nude mice The radionuclide concentration was 5.2 times higher than that of the nude mice in the area accumulation, while the 131I-labeled normal mouse IgG (mIgG) and free 131I had no tumor accumulation and were uniformly distributed in the tumor-bearing nude mice. 131I-AFP-R-LCAMcAb gamma photographs showed positive localization of human liver cancer in nude mice. The results showed that AFP-R-LCAMcAb has strong affinity and specificity for human hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and it is hopeful to be an ideal carrier for liver cancer radioimmunoassay and therapy.
