国家财政部和税务总局近日发出通知,明确规定对受非典影响较严重的餐饮、娱乐、出租车、旅馆等服务行业的税收给予适当减免。笔者盛赞此乃明智之举。 当前全国上下正在经受着突如其来的非典型肺炎疫情的冲击和考验。餐饮、娱乐、出租车、旅馆等三产行业的经营活动不可避免地受到了负面影响。相关管理部门只有实事求是的面对新的市场和经营情况,作出有关税收等政策的调整, The State Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation recently issued a circular clearly stipulating that taxes on service industries such as catering, entertainment, taxis and hotels which are more seriously affected by SARS should be given appropriate relief.
