落实学生发展核心素养需要直面六对矛盾关系,即:核心素养的新提法与旧的全面发展和素质教育的关系;核心素养和三维目标的关系;国外核心素养与本土化的关系;国家核心素养与学校特色发展的关系;学生发展核心素养与学科核心素养的关系;学生核心素养学校落实与校外培养的关系。化解矛盾,寻求统一是学生发展核心素养落实应循之道。
Implementing students’ development core qualities requires facing six pairs of contradictory relationships: the relationship between the new formulation of core qualities and the old all-round development and quality education; the relationship between core accomplishment and three-dimensional goals; the relationship between foreign core qualities and localization; and the national core The relationship between literacy and the development of the school’s characteristics; the relationship between the students’ core qualities and core literacy; the relationship between the students’ core literacy schools and the cultivation outside the school. Resolving contradictions and seeking reunification are the paths that students should follow to implement their core qualities.
