The structure of corporate management institutions is constantly changing with changes in the internal and external environment of the company. Under the present circumstances, how should China’s corporate management institutions change? How do we design? I think that the objective of achieving the overall goals of the enterprise should be the purpose. It is conducive to the functioning of corporate management agencies as a motivation. At present, China’s enterprise management agencies should design around such a structure. We will temporarily call it the “health-regeneration” structure.
