我公司一台进口步进自动修磨机发生故障,在对其进行解体和了解后,发现该机无电气原理图和接线图,给维修带来了难度。打开该机控制盒,取出印制线路板,发现几块塑封大功率管的塑层炸裂,印制线路板上的集成电路和大功率管均无型号。笔者首先对其“硬件”即步进电机进行测试。用万用表测量确认步进电机尚好后,取4节1号干电池串联,依次对引出的6根线头分别点击通电。经过反复测试,获知该步进电机步距角为1.8°,制式为四相八拍式。因国内所用的步进电机制式均为三相六拍式,所用集成电路和相应
