金喉健喷雾剂是以艾纳香油为主要成分的中成药,已广泛应用于五官科疾病,如在急、慢性咽炎、扁桃体炎等方面疗效显著。在口腔科的临床治疗上尚未见报道,作者根据其具有抗病毒、抗菌性能、对急性牙源性感染的患者用金喉健喷雾剂治疗,获得满意效果。 材料与方法 一、材料:治疗组采用金喉健喷雾剂,由贵州宏宇药业公司提供(黔卫药准字(1996)第100215号),对照组用本院自制的2％复方碘甘油。 二、病例选择:随机抽取我院口腔门诊病人中的急性牙源性感染患者181例为临床观察对象,其中金喉健喷雾剂治疗组108例,2％复方碘甘油对照组73例。181例病人中,冠周炎97例,牙周炎急性期58例,牙周脓肿26例,男性86例,女性95例,年龄为17～68岁。患者初诊时,均有牙龈充血、肿胀,局部疼痛明显等症状。 三、治疗方法: 常规用生理盐水冲洗龈袋,干棉球吸干水份,然后将药液均匀喷撒在病灶表面,也可先将药液喷在棉捻上,再将棉捻置入牙周袋里,每次药量为0.2ml,每日三次,对照组治疗方法同上。疗程为1～5天。

Second, the choice of case: 181 cases of acute oral infection in our outpatients were randomly selected as the clinical observation object, of which 108 cases of Golden laryngeal spray treatment group and 73 cases of 2% compound iodine glycerin control group. Of the 181 patients, 97 were pericoronitis, 58 were acute periodontitis, 26 were periodontal abscesses, 86 were males and 95 were females, ranging in age from 17 to 68 years. Patients first visit, have gum congestion, swelling, local pain and other symptoms. Third, the treatment: conventional saline gingival pocket, dry cotton ball sucked dry, and then the liquid evenly sprayed on the surface of the lesion, the liquid can also be first sprayed on the cotton twist, then the cotton twist into Periodontal pocket, each dose of 0.2ml, three times a day, the control group as above. Treatment for 1 to 5 days.
