针对W85型挖掘机回转支承安装座的应力和安装面变形量不符合设计要求,且有效控制安装座的质量增幅,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对该安装座进行3D实体建模和静力学分析,获取其应力和变形情况。结合安装座的结构特点,建立设计变量和目标变量,分析设计变量对目标变量的影响程度,得到一系列优化方案,并从中选择安装座质量增幅较小、变形与应力最小的设计方案。所提出的分析方法为同类产品的设计提供了参考,能够极大地提升工作效率和质量。

The proposed analysis method provides a reference for the design of similar products, which can greatly improve work efficiency and quality.
