目的:探讨心理干预对小儿哮喘临床治疗效果的影响。方法:110例哮喘患儿,依据随机平均原则分为参照组与研究组,各55例。参照组患儿行常规护理干预,研究组患儿行心理干预以及中药护理。对两组患儿的服药依从性、生命质量评分以及患儿家属的护理满意度情况进行记录与分析。结果:研究组患儿的服药依从性显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护患儿的生命质量评分显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿家属的护理满意度显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对哮喘患儿行心理干预能取得良好的效果,不仅能够提高患儿的服药依从性同时还能提高患儿的生命质量评分,帮助患儿改善病情,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the clinical efficacy of pediatric asthma. Methods: A total of 110 asthmatic children were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the principle of randomization, each with 55 cases. The reference group of children underwent routine nursing interventions, the study group of children undergoing psychological intervention and Chinese medicine nursing. The medication adherence, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups were recorded and analyzed. Results: The medication compliance of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The quality of life scores of nursing children in the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological intervention in children with asthma can achieve good results, not only can improve children ’s medication compliance but also improve the quality of life in children score to help children improve their condition, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
