为解决传统装瓶流水线生产工艺可靠性较差、装瓶污染事故率较高等问题,从生产环节入手,采用模块法设计了一种基于PLC的装瓶流水线控制系统,介绍了该系统的设计方案和结构,组建了基于工业计算机和MCGS组态软件的可视化监控模块,分析了该系统对装瓶流水线生产工艺的启动、停止、复位、自我保护等实用功能,解决了人工装瓶带来的一系列的问题,应用该系统可达到节约能源、降低成本、提高生产效率和提升产品质量的目的。
In order to solve the problems of poor reliability and high pollution accident rate of bottling lines in traditional bottling lines, a kind of bottling line control system based on PLC was designed by module method, and the design scheme of the system was introduced And structure, a visual monitoring module based on industrial computer and MCGS configuration software was set up, and the practical functions of starting, stopping, resetting and self-protecting of bottling assembly line production process were analyzed.
