利用解析法分析了激光二极管(LD)侧面紧耦合泵浦固体激光器中泵浦光强分布特点,其增益分布与发光单元发光面处的束腰半径、激光二极管等间距环绕个数、泵浦源与晶体表面的距离、晶体棒半径和工作物质的吸收系数有关,通过调整泵浦参数可以实现中心强边缘弱的泵浦光分布。采用LD紧贴于Nd:YAG的紧耦合双侧面对称泵浦技术,对侧面紧耦合泵浦微型激光器进行了相关研究,实验上实现了激光二极管泵浦固体激光器(DPL)的微型化。
The analysis of the pump light intensity distribution in a tightly coupled pumped solid-state laser with a laser diode (LD) side is analyzed by using the analytical method. The gain distribution is related to the beam waist radius at the light emitting surface of the light emitting unit, the number of laser diodes equidistantly spaced, The distance from the crystal surface and the radius of the crystal rod are related to the absorption coefficient of the working substance. By adjusting the pump parameters, the pump light distribution with a weak central edge can be achieved. A compactly coupled double-side symmetric pumping technique with LD close to Nd: YAG was used to study the close-coupled pump micro-laser on the side. The miniaturization of the laser diode-pumped solid-state laser (DPL) was experimentally realized.
