目的探讨胎儿眼外肌的发育情况,为某些眼外肌病变的发病机制的研究提供一定的理论依据。方法分3组:第一组光镜下研究眼球直肌的发育;第二组电镜下研究眼球直肌的发育;第三组研究胎儿眼外肌运动终板处胆碱酯酶活性。结果光镜及电镜下胎儿直肌肌纤维的直径、长度及数目随胎龄的增加而增加。核浆比例亦随之改变。4~6月胎儿胆碱酯酶活性随胎龄的变化而改变,6月以后变化不明显。结论胎儿眼球直肌的发育是一个逐渐成熟的过程。对其研究为某些眼外肌病变机制有所帮助。
Objective To investigate the development of fetal extraocular muscles and to provide some theoretical basis for the study of the pathogenesis of extraocular muscle lesions. The methods were divided into three groups: the first group studied the development of ocular rectus under light microscope; the second group studied the development of ocular rectus under electron microscope; and the third group studied the activity of cholinesterase at fetal end-point. Results The diameter, length and number of fetal muscle fibers under light and electron microscopes increased with the increase of gestational age. Nuclear ratio also changed. From April to June fetal cholinesterase activity changes with changes in gestational age after 6 months did not change significantly. Conclusion The development of fetal eye rectus muscle is a gradual maturation process. Its research is helpful for some extraocular muscle lesions.
