普通工业用HP_b59—1黄铜经过超塑性处理,使晶粒细化后,在温度为620℃、拉伸速度为0.3毫米/分的情况下,延伸率可达500%。据此,近年来我们对这种材料的超塑性成形工艺进行试验研究,并将此工艺成功地用于生产实践中。现将有关的成形工艺总结如下: 一、超塑性成形的特点 HP_b59—1黄铜在超塑性状态下流动性极好,变形抗力很小(小于1公厅/毫米~2)。
