档案管理是一项关系医院业务管理、科研发展和群众疾病预防等多方面的系统工程。随着现代信息技术的快速发展,医院档案管理面临着挑战与机遇,对档案管理人员的综合素质提出了新的要求,档案管理人员自身建设也成为了主要课题。本文在分析目前医院档案管理人员职业素质现状后,运用扎根理论,提炼出技能、知识、态度、价值观4个解释变量,构建基于网络环境下医院档案管理人员职业素质模型,提出应健全和完善激励和培训机制、加强医院档案管理人员建设、适时建立首席档案管理人员度的建议。
Archives management is a systematic project that relates to various aspects of hospital business management, scientific research and development and prevention of mass diseases. With the rapid development of modern information technology, the hospital archives management faces challenges and opportunities, putting forward new requirements for the overall quality of archives managers. Archives managers themselves have also become the major topics. After analyzing the current status of occupational quality of hospital records managers, this paper uses grounded theory to extract four explanatory variables of skills, knowledge, attitudes and values, and build a model of occupational quality of hospital records managers based on network environment. And training mechanisms to strengthen the construction of hospital records management staff, the timely establishment of the chief archivist management degree recommendations.
