某石化公司液化气球罐主体材质为16MnR,直径12300ram,容积1000m~3,设计压力为1。80MPa,最高工作压力0.90MPa,设计温度50℃,工作温度30℃,使用介质为拔头油。液化气球罐2005年安装投入使用。2008年8月首次开罐检验,未发现超标缺陷和异常。2011年6月第二次开罐检验,进行了内外表面宏观检查、内表面100%磁粉检测和外表面抽杏、声发射柃测、对接焊缝超声波检测、超声波测厚和硬度测定。内表面磁粉检测发现,上大环(BC缝)环向裂纹,裂纹断续分布于整条环缝,裂纹产生于对接环缝的熔合区,环缝上下熔合线,且平行于焊缝;下大、小环(CD、DE缝)发现2条裂纹。经打磨消除,打磨坑深
