目的:建立气相色谱-质谱法检测职业场所空气中13种有毒有害化合物。方法:用活性炭管采样,二硫化碳解吸,气相色谱-质谱测定,选择离子监测模式,外标法定量。CBP-20毛细管柱对苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、乙苯、乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸戊酯、丙酮、丁酮共13种化合物进行测定。结果:13种化合物标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,相对标准偏差2.4%~4.6%,最低检出浓度0.17 mg/m3~0.39 mg/m3。结论:方法简便,重现性好,准确度高,适合于测定工作场所空气中苯系物及乙酸酯类酮类化合物的检测。
Objective: To establish gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to detect 13 kinds of toxic and hazardous compounds in the air of occupational sites. Methods: Activated carbon tube sampling, carbon disulfide desorption, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, selective ion monitoring mode, external standard quantitative. CBP-20 capillary column for benzene, toluene, p-xylene, m-xylene, o-xylene, ethylbenzene, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, propyl acetate, butyl acetate, amyl acetate, acetone, Thirteen compounds were tested. Results: The correlation coefficients of 13 standard compounds were both greater than 0.999, the relative standard deviations were 2.4% -4.6%, and the lowest detected concentrations were 0.17 mg / m3 ~ 0.39 mg / m3. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of benzene and ketones in the air of the workplace.
