目前我国从混联法及烧结法工厂的烧结法精液生产出的氧化铝约占总产量的50%,属中间状,磨损率为50%左右,不能满足大型中间下料预焙电解槽的要求。我们研究成功的碳酸化分解及种子搅拌分解新工艺,能够在不降低现有碳分槽及种分槽产能的情况下,从烧结法精液制得-45微米为5~8%、磨损率为11~14%、比表面积为50~60米~2/克的砂状氧化铝。

We studied the successful carbonation decomposition and seed stirring decomposition of new technology, can not reduce the existing carbon seeding tank and seed tank production capacity, from the sintered semen to -45 microns to 5 to 8%, the wear rate of 11 ~ 14%, the specific surface area of 50 ~ 60 m ~ 2 / g of sand-like alumina.
