一个程序控制分频器的工作频率越高,其应用的范围也越广。所以它的最高工作频率往往被作为其主要的技术指标。要提高这个指标固然可以采用较高性能的器件,但对于数字电路其工作速度是很受限制的。所以设计电路时必须尽可能利用器件的速度性能,在这方面文献[1]、[3]作了努力,文献[3]采用的是RTL器件,其主要技术是引入了一个补助计数器,而基本上实现了使整个程序控制分频器的工作速度等于单块JK触发器的工作速度,之所以说基本上实现,是由于所采用的十进制计数器均是8-4-2-1式的,而这样的十进计数器
