通过实验研究了软接触气膜连铸方法 .在连铸过程中 ,该气膜减少了结晶器壁与金属的接触 ,增加了界面热阻 ,对铸坯质量有重要影响 .研究了气膜连铸稳定操作的必要条件 ,发现气体的背压随气体流量的增大而增大、随拉坯速度的增大而减小 ,这为进一步改进连铸工艺和结晶器的设计提供了重要实验依据 .
In the continuous casting process, the gas film reduces the contact between the mold wall and the metal and increases the thermal resistance at the interface, which has an important influence on the quality of the billet. It is found that the backpressure of gas increases with the increase of gas flow rate and decreases with the increase of billet velocity, which provides an important experimental basis for further improving the design of continuous casting process and mold .
