某企业的发动机整形生产线上,采用单轨道的物流路线,即同时会有运送原材料的小车和运走成品的“运转小车”在同一轨道上运行。因此,需要在生产线上建立防碰撞系统。生产线采用传统的位置开关方法,已不能适应目前生产任务激增的需求。本文采用一种超声波检测技术,成功解决了生产线上的“碰撞”问题,满足了生产需求。

Therefore, the need to establish anti-collision system in the production line. Production line using the traditional position switching method, can no longer meet the current surge in demand for production tasks. In this paper, we adopt a kind of ultrasonic testing technology to successfully solve the “collision” problem in the production line and meet the production demand.
