采用共沉淀法制备用于甘油氢解制备1,2-丙二醇的Cu-ZnO-Al2O3催化剂,考察了不同沉淀剂对催化性能的影响.结果 表明,以NaOH+Na2CO3为沉淀剂制备的Cu-ZnO-Al2O3催化剂具有较高的催化活性,在温度210℃、压力5 MPa的条件下反应12h,甘油转化率达到98.3％,1,2-丙二醇的选择性为93.1％,催化剂重复使用5次依然具有较高的活性.利用BET、XRD、H2-TPR和NH3-TPD分析手段对催化剂进行表征,结果发现不同沉淀剂直接影响Cu-ZnO-Al2O3催化剂的物相结构、还原性质和表面酸性,并导致催化剂性能发生显著变化.
