本文报道了用国产751型紫外分光光度计测定苯巴比妥、苯妥英纳血中浓度,并应用于癫痫患儿340余例,其中前瞻性研究80例,随访8～14个月,结果如下: 有效血浓度和中毒血浓度癫痫发作完全控制而无临床中毒症状的血浓度为有效血浓度。苯巴比妥有效血浓度为15～35微克/毫升,苯妥英纳为10～25微克/毫升。出现中毒症状时的血浓度为中毒血浓
This article reports the determination of Phenobarbitone and Phenytoin in Chinese blood by the domestic 751 UV spectrophotometer, and is applied to more than 340 cases of children with epilepsy.
