本文对企业制度演进用博弈论的方法进行分析。企业制度是利益主体博弈的动态均衡,利益是博弈的动力,主体所掌握的对企业发展有影响的资源是力量的源泉。力量的大小决定主体在制度中所拥有的权力,权力决定利益的分配,权力的边界就是利益的边界,权力对比的格局也就是利益分配的格局。力量对比的格局发生变化,企业制度才会发生改变。古典企业,现代企业和后现代企业是企业制度发展的三个阶段。
This article analyzes the evolution of enterprise system with the method of game theory. Enterprise system is the dynamic balance of the game of interest, the interests of the game is the driving force, the main body of resources that affect the development of enterprises is the source of strength. The size of power determines the power that the subject has in the system. The power determines the distribution of benefits. The boundary of power is the boundary of interests. The pattern of power comparison is also the pattern of interest distribution. Changes in the pattern of the balance of power, the enterprise system will change. Classical enterprises, modern enterprises and post-modern enterprises is the development of enterprise system in three stages.
