用3 2 P示踪原子法通过水培试验研究了酸性条件下铝对 1年生杉木的根和叶磷吸收和代谢的影响。结果表明 ,在pH =3时 ,用酸铝处理根和叶后 ,根中3 2 P 无机磷增加到对照的 1 95 % ,叶片3 2 P 无机磷转运指数由 43 0降低到 2 0 0。根的P总含量中的各3 2 P 化合物比例发生较大变化 ,无机磷增加到对照的 1 75 % ,有机化合物、脂类化合物、DNA、RNA分别减少到对照的 5 5 % ,42 % ,36 % ,40 % ;叶中各3 2 P化合物的比例除DNA降低外 (82 % ) ,其它变化不大。
The effects of aluminum on the absorption and metabolism of root and leaf phosphorus in 1-year-old Chinese fir under acidic conditions were studied by 3 2 P tracer atomic method. The results showed that when pH = 3, roots and leaves were treated with aluminum and aluminum, the inorganic phosphorus in the roots increased to 95% of the control and the inorganic phosphorus transport index of leaves decreased from 43 0 to 200. The proportion of each 3 2 P compound in the total content of the root changed greatly, the inorganic phosphorus increased to 75% of the control, and the contents of organic compounds, lipids, DNA and RNA decreased to 5 5%, 42% 36%, 40%. The proportion of each 3 2 P compound in the leaves except DNA decreased (82%).
