目的掌握沙河阅兵村及周边地区蚊虫种群的本底情况,评价防治效果。方法采用CO2灯诱法,将捕获成蚊分类鉴定,同时采取以环境治理为基础、化学防治为重点的综合措施杀灭蚊虫。结果 2009年3-10月共捕获成蚊8351只,其中淡色库蚊、中华按蚊、白纹伊蚊、三带喙库蚊分别占捕蚊总数的99.57%、0.19%、0.18%和0.06%,淡色库蚊为绝对优势种。蚊虫于5月初开始出现,6-7月为高峰期,9月底基本消失;主要栖息在阅兵村周边的小树林和杂草丛,阅兵村内蚊虫密度较低;可传播的疾病有流行性乙型脑炎等。结论基本掌握了沙河阅兵村蚊虫的优势种群、季节变化、场所分布等本底情况及其潜在危害,所采取的综合防治措施简便有效,对在该地域进行大规模军事活动的防疫保障有指导意义,对部队大规模集结条件下的蚊虫防治有参考价值。
Objective To grasp the background of mosquito population in the Parade and surrounding areas of Shahe and evaluate the control effect. Methods The CO2 trap method was used to classify and identify the captured adult mosquitoes. At the same time, mosquitoes were killed by the comprehensive measures focusing on environmental treatment and chemical control. Results A total of 8351 adult mosquitoes were collected from March to October in 2009, of which Culex pipiens pallets, Anopheles sinensis, Aedes albopictus and Culex tritaeniorhynchus accounted for 99.57%, 0.19%, 0.18% and 0.06% , Culex pipiens absolute dominant species. Mosquitoes began to appear in early May, peaked in June-July, and basically disappeared by the end of September. The mosquitoes mainly inhabit the groves and weeds around the parade village, and mosquitoes in the parade village are lower in density. Conclusion The basic situation and potential hazards of mosquitoes in the military parade in Shahe military parade are basically mastered. The comprehensive prevention and treatment measures adopted are simple and effective, which are instructive for the prevention and control of large-scale military activities in the area It is of great value to the prevention and control of mosquitoes under the conditions of large-scale unit build-up.
