目的研究核转录因子NF-κB在乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎(HBVGN)肾组织中的表达及其在HBVGN发病机制中的可能作用。方法利用原位杂交法,检测20例HBVGN、20例原发性膜性肾病及6例正常肾组织中NF-κB蛋白的表达。结果 NF-κB蛋白在HBVGN组织中的表达明显高于原发性膜性肾病(P<0.01)及正常肾组织(P<0.01)中的表达,NF-κB主要表达于细胞质中,细胞核中表达明显增多;结论 HBVGN膜性肾病肾组织有NF-κB的高表达,乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)可能与NF-κB的表达上调有关,NF-κB和HBV可能共同参与了肾组织的病理损害过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of NF-κB in the kidney of patients with hepatitis B virus associated nephritis (HBVGN) and its possible role in the pathogenesis of HBVGN. Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of NF-κB in 20 cases of HBVGN, 20 cases of primary membranous nephropathy and 6 cases of normal renal tissues. Results The expression of NF-κB in HBVGN tissues was significantly higher than that in primary membranous nephropathy (P <0.01) and normal renal tissues (P <0.01). The expression of NF-κB was mainly in the cytoplasm and in the nucleus (P <0.05) .Conclusion The expression of NF-κB in renal tissue of HBVGN membranous nephropathy is high, and the expression of NF-κB may be related to hepatitis B virus (HBV). NF-κB and HBV may participate in the pathological damage of renal tissue .
