Objective To investigate the expression of cell adhesion molecule (CD 44V 6) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MM P-2) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with invasion, metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the resection specimens of 43 lung cancer patients who had not undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy before operation. The expression of CD44V6 and MM P-2 in lung cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rates of CD44V6 in lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma were 58.33% (14/24) and 68.42% (13/19) respectively; the positive expression rates of MM P-2 were 54.16% (13/24). ) and 84.21% (16/19). The positive expression of CD44V6 and MM P-2 was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis, lung cancer pathological stage, and postoperative blood metastasis (P<0.05). The 3-year survival rate of CD44V6 positive expression was 25.62% and 5-year survival rate. For 6.41%; negative expression of the three-year survival rate was 64.71%, 5-year survival rate was 56.82%, the difference between the two significant (P = 0.000). The 3-year survival rate of MM P-2 positive patients was 18.8%, and the 5-year survival rate was 8.67%. The negative expression patients had a 3-year survival rate of 66.30% and a 5-year survival rate of 42.66%. The difference was significant (P= 0.0067). The positive expression of CD44V6 and MM P-2 was significantly correlated (P=0.007). Conclusion CD44V6 and MM P-2 have a certain effect on lung cancer invasion, lymph node metastasis, postoperative blood metastasis and prognosis.
