目的探讨婴儿获得性凝血酶原减低症(APD)并发颅内出血的临床特征及预后。方法总结分析32例APD并发颅内出血患儿的临床资料。结果本组患儿临床表现有拒奶、凝视、尖叫,面色苍白、抽搐、前囟隆起、颈项强直及肌张力、瞳孔改变等。颅脑CT示硬膜下出血15例,脑出血9例,蛛网膜下腔出血8例。经补充VitK1、输新鲜血及对症治疗,痊愈11例,好转9例,未愈4例。结论本病经及时诊治预后良好,但部分患儿可留有不同程度的后遗症。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognosis of infant acquired prothrombin reduction (APD) complicated with intracranial hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 32 children with APD complicated with intracranial hemorrhage were analyzed. Results The clinical manifestations of this group of children refused to milk, stare, scream, pale, convulsions, anterior fontanel rise, neck stiffness and muscle tension, pupil changes. Brain CT showed subdural hemorrhage in 15 cases, 9 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage in 8 cases. VitK1 supplemented, lose new blood and symptomatic treatment, healed in 11 cases, improved in 9 cases, healed in 4 cases. Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of this disease with good prognosis, but some children may have varying degrees of sequelae.
