目前,国内不少大型综合性医院已设立博士后科研流动站,培养了大批博士后人才,对医院科研发展起到了极大的促进作用。文章通过对地市级医院博士后管理工作情况进行分析,提出了博士后管理工作中存在的问题和改进措施。
At present, many large-scale comprehensive hospitals in China have set up post-doctoral research stations and trained a large number of post-doctoral talented personnel, which have greatly promoted the scientific research and development of the hospital. The article analyzes the post-doctoral management work in prefecture-level hospitals and puts forward the problems and the improvement measures in the post-doctoral management.
