关於脱羟核糖化合物生物合成之工作,尚鮮见於文献,Racker於1952年对大腸桿菌中脱羟核糖-5-磷酸(DR-5-P)之合成舆分解,有较详细之报导,DR-5-P之合成乃依靠脱羟核糖-5-磷酸醛缩酶(DR-5-P醛缩酶)作用於3-磷酸甘油醛与乙醛而进行,此作用係一可逆反应。
The work on the biosynthesis of deoxyribose compounds is still rare in the literature. Racker’s synthesis of dehydroxylated ribose-5-phosphate (DR-5-P) in E. coli in 1952 has been reported in more detail. DR The synthesis of -5-P is carried out by the action of dehydroxylated ribose-5-phosphate aldolase (DR-5-P aldolase) on glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate and acetaldehyde, a reversible reaction.
