目的:对乳腺恶性肿瘤术后出现上肢淋巴水肿的患者应用综合手法治疗护理的临床情况和效果进行研究和分析。方法:选择66例乳腺恶性肿瘤术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的临床护理治疗情况进行回顾性研究。结果:观察组临床总有效率(100.0%)和护理总满意度(93.94%)均显著优于对照组患者(72.73%,81.82%),对比差异明显(P<0.05),均存在一定的统计学意义。结论:对乳腺恶性肿瘤术后上肢淋巴水肿患者实施综合手法治疗护理,能够有效减轻患者的水肿症状,降低并发症的发生,提高临床治疗的效果和护理满意度,因而具有较高的临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the clinical situation and effect of integrated manual nursing in patients with upper extremity lymphedema after operation of breast cancer. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on the clinical nursing of 66 patients with postoperative upper limb lymphedema of breast cancer. Results: The total clinical effective rate (100.0%) and total nursing satisfaction (93.94%) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (72.73%, 81.82%), the difference was significant (P <0.05) Significance of learning. Conclusion: It is of great value in clinical application to carry out comprehensive manual nursing care for patients with postoperative upper extremity lymphedema of breast cancer, which can effectively reduce the symptoms of edema, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the effect of clinical treatment and nursing satisfaction .
