以棉花秸秆为植物纤维来源,采用普通相容剂和含稀土相容剂制备木塑材料,使用红外和热分析对相容剂的结构进行分析,比较两种相容剂对棉花秸秆/聚乙烯木塑材料性能的影响。结果表明:采用含稀土的相容剂制备木塑材料中棉花秸秆粉的添加量可达到200份,而且木塑材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度均高于纯树脂。扫描电镜照片显示:稀土相容剂可以改善棉花秸秆和PE的相容性。
Using cotton stalks as the source of plant fiber, the wood-plastic materials were prepared by using common compatibilizers and rare earth-containing compatibilizers. The structure of compatibilizers was analyzed by infrared and thermal analysis. The effects of two compatibilizers on cotton stalks / The impact of wood-plastic material properties. The results showed that the amount of cotton stalk powder added to the wood-plastic material with the compatibilizer containing rare earth could reach 200, and the tensile strength, impact strength and flexural strength of wood-plastic material were higher than pure resin. Scanning electron micrographs show that rare earth compatibilizer can improve the compatibility of cotton stalks and PE.
