目的评估研发的集装箱箱内查验视频探测器在集装箱现场查验中的应用价值,探索进境集装箱现场查验新模式。方法研发集装箱箱内查验视频探测器,随机选取进境集装箱,比较箱内查验视频探测器查验和现场掏箱查验模式的效果,记录不合格标箱数、查验用时和查验费用,对结果进行分析。结果与现场掏箱查验模式相比,研发的集装箱箱内查验视频探测器可以提高有害生物检出率、缩短查验时间、降低查验费用。结论集装箱箱内查验视频探测器的研发,解决了实际工作中查验设备不足、查验费时费力等难题,提高了查验效率和有害生物检出率。 Objective To evaluate the application value of the developed video inspection container detector in the field inspection of container and explore the new mode of site inspection of the imported container. Methods The video detectors in the container box were researched and developed. The effects of detecting the video probe in the box and the digging box in the field were compared. The number of substandard boxes, the time of inspection and the inspection cost were recorded, and the results were analyzed . Results Compared with the on-site digging box inspection mode, the developed video detector inside the container box can increase the detection rate of pests, shorten the inspection time and reduce the inspection cost. Conclusion The research and development of the video detector in the container box verifies that the inspection equipment in the actual work is inadequate and the inspection is time-consuming and labor-intensive. The inspection efficiency and the detection rate of the pest are improved.
