目的探讨自制穿刺针高位人工破膜在瘢痕子宫阴道分娩中的作用。方法选取2011年1月-2012年7月的58例瘢痕子宫阴道分娩孕妇为对照组,进行常规的低位破膜处理,同期58例孕妇设为观察组,对其采用自制穿刺针高位人工破膜进行处理,后将两组第一产程、破膜至宫口开全时间、宫颈扩张速度、转剖宫产率、破膜后不同时间的宫缩强度、并发症发生率及新生儿Apgar评分进行比较。结果观察组的第一产程、破膜至宫口开全时间均短于对照组,宫颈扩张速度快于对照组,转剖宫产率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,破膜后不同时间的宫缩强度大于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分优于对照组,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论自制穿刺针高位人工破膜在瘢痕子宫阴道分娩中的应用价值较高,可有效降低剖宫产率及改善母婴结局。
Objective To investigate the effect of homemade puncture needle high artificial rupture of membrane in vaginal delivery of scar. Methods Fifty-eight pregnant women with scarring uterus vaginal delivery from January 2011 to July 2012 were selected for routine low-end rupture. Conclusion Self-made artificial needle puncture high artificial uterine rupture of the vagina in the vaginal delivery of higher value, can effectively reduce the cesarean section rate and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
