前言苹果受精之后至“六月落果”期内的果实脱落,一般都认为是由于幼果个体之间和幼果与营养生长之间对于代谢物质竞争的结果。Schneider等(1973)证明,用萘乙酸疏果降低了苹果幼果中的还原糖含量。Weibaum等(19T4)也证实用萘乙酸处理的苹果,减少了种子组织中淀粉的沉积,而这种减少是与即将发生的种子败育相关的。使用乙烯化合物处理桃树,如用量足以引起果实脱落,则显示了~(14)C光合产物的降低和转移,也减少了~(14)C蔗糖含量。
Preface The fall of the fruit after the apple fertilization until the fall of June is generally considered to be the result of competition for metabolites between young fruit juices and young fruit and vegetative growth. Schneider et al. (1973) demonstrated that reducing naphthoacetate reduces the reducing sugar content in apple young fruit. Weibaum et al. (19T4) also confirmed that apples treated with naphthalene acetic acid reduced starch deposition in seed tissue, a reduction that was associated with the impending abortion of seeds. Treatment of peaches with vinyl compounds, such as in an amount sufficient to cause fruit shedding, showed a reduction and transfer of ~ (14) C photosynthate and a decrease in ~ (14) C sucrose content.
