ALP分布于许多组织,血浆中也有一定活性,烧伤后血清ALP及其Km的改变未见报导,为此我们作了狗烧伤前后ALP的活性与Km值测定,以积累有关烧伤血清酶变化方面的资料。 ALP的测定按苯磷酚二钠King法,ALPKm值测定则按硝基磷酚盐Hausamen等法进行,并以双倒数作图法求出Km值。测定了38条呼吸道烧伤前后狗血清ALP活性与Km值,实验结果指出ALP活性由伤前
