姜先生是某单位的老职工,2005年9月初,姜先生60周岁时,单位向劳动保障部门申报了他的退休审批材料。姜先生认为单位为自己缴纳的社会保险费基数有误,就在自己应退休的前一天向劳动保障行政部门举报。经相关部门查证属实,单位为姜先生补缴了各项社会保险费后正式办理了退休手续。2006年1月13日起,社会保险经办机构按月支付姜先生退休费2662.55元。而2005年10月至12月间,单位每月支付姜先生600元。
