本文提出一种基于马赫—曾德干涉仪原理测量透明液体折射率的干涉折射计。讨论了两种测量方法及相应的计算公式。实验结果表明,该折射计结构简单,精度高,并且适用于各种透明液体对给定波长的折射率的测量。
In this paper, an interferometer refractometer based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer is proposed to measure the refractive index of transparent liquid. Two measurement methods and corresponding calculation formulas are discussed. The experimental results show that the refractometer has the advantages of simple structure and high precision, and is suitable for measuring the refractive index of a variety of transparent liquids for a given wavelength.
