消防部队经费使用问题的思考

经费是确保消防工作运行与开展的最基本要素,是消防工作的命脉。虽然各级党委政府高度重视,各级财政部门也加大投入,经费不足仍是制约消防工作发展的主要问题之一。因此如何提高部队经费使用的效益,是缓解经费供求矛盾,加强部队财务管理的有效手段。转变理财观念,强化经费保障,严格财务管理工作,是满足和发展新形势下社会化的消防工作的重要保证。 Funding is to ensure that the most basic element of the operation and development of fire protection work is the lifeblood of fire fighting. Although the party committees and governments at all levels attach great importance to all levels of the financial sector has also increased investment, lack of funding is still restricting the development of fire protection one of the major issues. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of the use of military funds is an effective measure to ease the conflict between supply and demand of funds and strengthen the troop financial management.
