为比较不同红枣品种外观品质的差异,为红枣产业化开发中果品一致性的分选提供理论依据,本研究利用国际上通用的CIE L■a■b色阶法对10个红枣鲜食、干鲜兼用品种果皮的色差值进行测定,并通过数学方法加以分析,综合分析表明鲜食品种大丹枣、山东梨枣和冷白玉果皮色泽和光洁度高,干鲜兼用品种金谷大枣果皮色泽和光洁度最低,而聚类分析则将红枣分为“高亮度-橙红色”品种和“低亮度-红色”品种。因此采用色阶法可有效的将10个红枣品种分成2个商品类型,在实际的生产利用中可根据不同的商业目的选择红枣品种。
In order to compare the difference of the appearance quality of different jujube cultivars, this study provided a theoretical basis for the consistency selection of jujube cultivars in industrial development.
