建立测定利福平磺丁基醚-β环糊精包合物中利福平含量的方法。采用分光光度法测定含量,测定波长为474nm。利福平在474nm处有最大吸收,在9.786—39.14μg/mL,范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.01 72C+0.0025(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.87%(n=9),RSD为0.24%;日内RSD分别为0.81%、0.43%、0.57%(n=5);日间RSD分别为1.06%、1.21%、1.53%(n=3);测得3批样品的含量分别为25.33%、25.98%、25.76%。本法准确、简便、迅速,适用于利福平磺丁基-β-环糊精包合物中利福平含量的测定。
To establish a method for determination of rifampicin in rifampicin sulfobutyl ether-β cyclodextrin inclusion complex. The content was determined by spectrophotometry, the measured wavelength was 474nm. Rifampicin has the maximum absorption at 474nm, with a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 9.786-39.14μg / mL. The regression equation is: A = 0.01 72C + 0.0025 (r = 0.9998); the average recovery is 99.87% (n = 9), and the RSD was 0.24%. The intra-day RSD was 0.81%, 0.43% and 0.57% respectively (n = 5) .The daytime RSD was 1.06%, 1.21% and 1.53% The contents of three batches of samples were 25.33%, 25.98% and 25.76% respectively. This method is accurate, simple and rapid, suitable for determination of rifampicin in rifampin sulfobutano-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex.
