目的探讨直肠癌术后局部复发的原因.方法回顾性分析我院近10年156例得以随访的直肠癌手术后25例局部复发病例.结果直肠癌术后局部复发与肿瘤部位、病理类型、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移和手术方式有关.结论预防直肠癌术后局部复发应从首次手术做起,尤其是决定手术方式时,应综合考虑肿瘤位置、病理类型、Dukes分期等因素.对局部复发者 ,只要局部和全身情况允许,力争再手术切除复发灶.
