207份南方春大豆品种的亚麻酸含量分析结果表明,春大豆的亚麻酸含量4.23—16.13％,平均7.69％。湘、浙春大豆的亚麻酸含量显著低于苏、鄂春大豆。同一品种秋播亚麻酸含量显著高于春播。亚麻酸含量与籽粒大小显著正相关,但与株高、生育期性状无显著相关。
The analysis of linolenic acid content in 207 southern spring soybean varieties showed that the content of linolenic acid in spring soybean was 4.23-16.13% with an average of 7.69%. The contents of linolenic acid in Xiang and Zhechun soils were significantly lower than those in Jiangsu and Hubei provinces. The same varieties of autumn sowing linolenic acid content was significantly higher than that of spring sowing. There was a significant positive correlation between linolenic acid content and grain size but no significant correlation with plant height and growth period.
