我国以煤为主的能源结构给环境造成了严重的污染,天然气作为一种能够改善能源结构和降低环境的污染程度的清洁能源,在我国已受到了社会的广泛重视。但是在高压管线输送天然气的调压过程当中,会有巨大的能量释放出来,通过降压设备将在该过程中释放的能量进行有效的回收,可以用于天然气脱水、LNG和NGH调峰、发电、分离轻烃、冷库及橡胶粉碎等多个方面。文章至此将针对天然气调压站分布不集中、供气不平衡、能量利用三方面,提出压力回收方案,利用功驱压缩机和膨胀机输出等设备,将回收的能量应用到其它领域当中,实现对天然气管线门站前调压压力的回收。
