由于在履带行走机构作用下土壤的压实通常会伴随着横向扰动并产生位移,所以履带车辆与土壤相互作用中的影响区域是三维空间的,应该从三维的角度分析履带-地面相互作用。根据Mckyes-Ali三维模型,结合贝克和Nobutaka的研究方法,将三维模型应用到履带-地面作用分析中。分析挡板与土壤相互作用过程,并对挡板所受水平阻力进行求解,完成三维模型的建立,将三维模型与对数螺旋线模型进行对比,验证其准确性。三维模型的研究为从三维模型分析履带-地面相互作用提供了理论基础和依据,为仿真软件在履带-地面作用分析中的进一步发展提供模型支持。
Because the compaction of soil usually accompanies the lateral disturbance and displacement under the action of the crawler mechanism, the influence area of the interaction between the crawler vehicle and the soil is three-dimensional. Therefore, the interaction between the crawler-ground should be analyzed in three dimensions. According to Mckyes-Ali three-dimensional model, combined with Baker and Nobutaka research methods, the three-dimensional model is applied to the track-ground effect analysis. The interaction between the baffle and the soil is analyzed. The horizontal resistance of the baffle is solved. The establishment of the three-dimensional model is completed. The three-dimensional model is compared with the logarithmic spiral model to verify its accuracy. The study of 3D model provides the theoretical foundation and basis for analyzing the interaction between crawler-ground and 3D model, and provides the model support for the further development of simulation software in the track-ground effect analysis.
