第二届中国-东盟博览会10月19日至22日在广西壮族自治区首府南宁召开,中国国家副主席曾庆红出席并宣布开幕。商务部部长薄熙来在致词中说,大家齐聚南宁,足见我们合作的诚意和善邻的亲情。中国愿与东盟各国经贸部门和东盟秘书处共同努力,为各国客商提供优质服务,实现互利共赢。本届中国-东盟博览会由中国商务部和东盟10国经贸主管部门及东盟秘书处共同主办,广西壮族自治区政府承办。据统计,共有近2000家来自东盟10国和中国及其他国家和地区的企业参展,包括12家世界500强企业。参展商品涉及机械、家电、电子信息、汽车及配件、五金建材、农产品、医药化工、轻工等11个行业共200多类产品。展览总面积为6万多平方米,共设展位3500个。
The 2nd China-ASEAN Expo was held in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, from October 19th to 22nd, and Zeng Qinghong, China’s vice chairman, attended and announced the opening. Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai said in his address: We all gathered in Nanning, which shows our family sincerity and good neighborliness of our cooperation. China is willing to make joint efforts with the economic and trade departments of all ASEAN countries and the ASEAN Secretariat to provide quality services to merchants from all over the world so as to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results. The China-ASEAN Expo is co-sponsored by China’s Ministry of Commerce and the 10 economic and trade authorities of ASEAN and the ASEAN Secretariat and undertaken by the government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. According to statistics, there are nearly 2000 exhibitors from 10 ASEAN countries, China and other countries and regions, including 12 Fortune 500 companies. Exhibitors involved in mechanical products, home appliances, electronic information, automobiles and accessories, hardware building materials, agricultural products, pharmaceutical chemicals, light industry, a total of 11 industries a total of more than 200 kinds of products. The total exhibition area of more than 60,000 square meters, a total of 3,500 booths.
