《知音》篇是刘勰关于文学批评与鉴赏的理论专篇,也是我国最早的谈论文学批评与鉴赏的系统化、专业化的文学理论篇章。在《知音》篇中,刘勰从“知音难逢”入手,分析了造成“知音难逢”的原因,并提出了著名的“六观”说以指导文学批评与鉴赏的实践,对于今天的文学批评理论的发展具有重要的借鉴意义。因此,重新阅读《知音》篇,系统地归纳和总结刘勰的文学批评观,并发掘刘勰文学批评观的现实意义显得尤为必要。
